The Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program (SFHGLP) previously required refinance loans to have an inspection confirming the property met HUD Handbooks 4150.2 and 4905.1. This requirement has been removed with our agency’s issuance of Administrative Notice (AN) 4635, dated April 2, 2012. This change is for refinance loans only.
